[27], 1st count, give the pagination of p. V "from p. 207 to the end". Suggested place and date of publication is given as [London, 1645?] in the JCB bibliographical file, but until more information can be acquired about the work, the exact title, author and imprint of this work is wholly unidentified, and the work can only be said to have been printed from approximately the middle of the 17th century to the end of the 17th century
